POV: You’ve hit most of your training and racing goals for the year, but there’s always more to be done.
Do you keep on trucking or do you chill and get ready for next year?
That’s the predicament that I’m currently in as I’ve come down with a non-running injury. I could probably run through it - as running doesn’t seem to aggravate the pain I’m having - or I can shut it down. I do have a race lined up for January 2023 though.
So what would you do?
While I’m hoping a few days off will help, if it doesn’t, I will have to scrap the Trials of Miles Philly Race that’s coming up as an extended break won’t leave me in any kind of shape for a race 3 weeks from now.
Kick-off 2023 with some of TrainwithMarc’s gear and accessories. Whether it’s for you or a significant other, we have goodies for training and for kicking back and relaxing.
