Over the last 12 months, you may have noticed that I’ve been doing a much better job of blogging about running content that affects YOU. From strength routines to how to prepare for a race, I’ve been trying to cover the topics you’re most likely going to read as you prepare for your own running.
One post, in particular, my core routine has received more attention than any other post I’ve made - ever. It’s my basic routine that I’ve used since I was 18 years old. I’ve done it so many times that at this point, I can do it with my eyes closed.
This week, I’ve spent time going back and revamping the post to include new photos, more details about how to execute each exercise. And soon, I’m going to film the routine (again) and post it on social and on the page.
If you’ve never done core work, I urge you to check out the post and do the exercises. A stronger core is a stronger runner. If you want to be healthier, have better posture, and run more efficiently, you should start doing core TODAY.
Friday’s Action Plan:
Step 1. Go to the post and do the core routine.
Step 2. Share this post.
Step 3. If you can’t share this post, share the core routine post.
Step 4. What specific topics would you like me to write about? Reply to this email and tell me!
